Robert Guest read Jurisprudence at Balliol College, Oxford and qualified as a solicitor. He specialised in the financial services sector. He was the Legal Counsel and Compliance Director at SG Asset Management and held a similar position at Johnson Fry. Since 2010 he has his own consultancy business and more recently, he has joined a regulated firm called F2 Capital Ventures LLP, a firm known for raising capital for companies developing cancer treatments. Robert will assist in contractual drafting, corporate documents, investment memorandum, prospectuses and marketing materials for Clever Films. Robert is key to the board. He will oversee all corporate matters of the business as well as Investor Relations.
